Qualification, or equivalent experience, in graphic design, digital design, communication design, multimedia design or a related discipline.

Demonstrated understanding of visual design principles including typography, hierarchy, composition and visual communication.

Experience using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

Experience in video editing, animation or motion graphics.

Ability to translate written information into clear, engaging and effective visual communication.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, refined work.

Confidence in learning and adapting to new digital tools and technologies.

Ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback constructively and refine designs through iteration.

Experience/ an interest in adult learning and developing your learning design capability.
