Our Learning & Development team have an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic Digital Learning Designer where you will be integral in creating engaging, innovative and unique learning experiences that support our colleagues, helping to build capability, expand on our development and stay compliant.

Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager you will work in a team of learning experts where you will be responsible for delivering new digital learning solutions from micro-learning to corporate e-learning.
You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex information into practical and engaging learning solutions where you will analyse, design and develop high-quality e-learning modules utilising Articulate Rise, Storyline and other digital learning tools and techniques including videos, infographics, presentations, and blended learning resources.
You will support the team in managing and maintaining learning content within the LMS (Learning Management System), support the team with improvements to learner engagement, onboarding effectiveness and compliance performance and continuously review and improve learning content to ensure our materials are relevant, accessible and impactful.

You will also support the team in developing and designing a new digital induction for colleagues and support in wider projects putting those digital and editing skills to the test!
To be successful in your application you will have a strong background in digital design, able to combine creativity and strong technical capabilities, able to bring learning to life through blended digital solutions with the learner at the heart. You will be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience of building digital learning solutions in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent tools.
Experience of creating practical digital and video-based learning content.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content management.
Ability to build excellent working relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Able to simplify complex information into engaging learning experiences.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence creative decisions.
It would be desirable, however not essential if you have worked in a Supply Chain and Logistics environment, however you will have worked in a fast paced and changing environment able to manage conflicting priorities.

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday – plus the opportunity to work hybrid Location: We are open to candidate being based near our Daventry or Basingstoke operations
