Program overview
The Digital Leadership Development Program is an entry point for information technology professionals transitioning from academia to the working world.
Program members gain hands-on experience, leadership development, business acumen, and technology aptitude through rotations across multiple disciplines.
Successful candidates are scheduled to begin in January 2027.
Program opportunities
- Participate in application development for web, client-server, standalone, and mobile environments.
- Work with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Gain experience in systems management and optimization.
- Contribute to business process re-engineering.
- Gain experience in infrastructure management and environmental design or build-out.
- Contribute to security and controllership activities.
- Lead by doing on important and challenging projects alongside technical teams.
- Build leadership skills, business acumen, and technology aptitude through hands-on assignments.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field.
