Digital Launch Excellence Lead

• Define and champion the vision and roadmap for Launch Excellence products, ensuring alignment with business priorities and launch readiness objectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product outcomes and priorities.
• Lead demand intake, assessment and prioritisation, balancing business impact, launch criticality and strategic objectives.
• Own product value realisation by monitoring adoption, utilisation and business impact metrics.
• Evaluate delivered capabilities to ensure they meet launch team needs and business expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback, launch insights and evolving business requirements.
• Develop and execute adoption strategies that embed products into standard launch ways of working.
• Lead onboarding, communications, training and change management activities across markets and launch teams.
• Act as the primary business contact for Launch Excellence products, managing stakeholder expectations, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Influence senior stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making through clear communication of priorities, trade-offs and value outcomes.
• Support the evolution of the product operating model and strengthen collaboration between business and digital teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Information Technology or a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in product management, launch excellence, digital transformation, commercial excellence or digital enablement within complex global organisations.
• Experience working within highly matrixed and regulated environments.
• Strong track record of shaping demand, setting priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to translate business strategy into roadmap priorities, success metrics and adoption plans.
• Experience working across global, regional and local organisations with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive change without direct authority.
• Experience supporting product adoption, change management and value realisation is highly desirable.
