Role Overview

The role supports multiple business and digital projects.
The position combines technology, automation, digital marketing, social media, graphic design, video editing, and basic web development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day IT and digital tasks.
- Build, manage, and troubleshoot simple automations and workflows.
- Set up chatbot, lead-generation, email, CRM, and WhatsApp automations.
- Assist with basic website updates and coding tasks.
- Manage CRM leads, pipelines, and follow-up workflows.
- Manage and schedule social media content, calendars, and captions.
- Create social media graphics and marketing materials.
- Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, reporting, and lead management.
- Organize project files, digital assets, and business information.
- Research AI tools, software, automation platforms, and digital solutions.
- Provide progress updates across multiple projects.
