Job Summary: Digital Health Sales Executive – PACS/Voice Recognition Projects
The Sales Executive – PACS Projects is responsible for driving sales of PACS and related medical imaging solutions by identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
The role requires close coordination with internal teams to deliver suitable commercial and technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for PACS and related healthcare IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare sector clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand requirements and promote suitable solutions.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, commercial proposals, tender responses, and related sales documents.
- Work closely with technical, project, and support teams to align proposed solutions with customer needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate client and sales records.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to support timely progression and closure of opportunities.
- Support negotiations, contract discussions, and onboarding activities in coordination with management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands within the medical imaging and healthcare IT sector.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, product demonstrations, and client visits as required.
- Ensure timely communication, professional customer engagement, and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or Medical Imaging is a MUST.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales for healthcare IT, medical imaging, or Healthcare IT is a MUST.
- Good understanding of PACS, RIS, CVIS, radiology workflow, or healthcare IT solutions is a MUST.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good commercial awareness and ability to understand and respond to customer requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM or sales pipeline management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, customer visits, and industry events as 70% of the time.
