Comco EPP seeks a hands-on Digital Growth & Content Specialist to own digital presence, produce content for LinkedIn and websites, execute SEO, and support lead generation. This execution-driven role requires strong B2B writing skills, WordPress experience, and the ability to ghostwrite for the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Produce and publish content for the CEO's LinkedIn profile in his voice
- Capture photo and short video content of the CEO on the go
- Build a relevant network of industrial decision makers across UAE, GCC, and Europe
- Manage LinkedIn activity, comments, and engagement
- Own and execute the weekly publishing schedule for both company pages
- Translate technical input from engineering and CEO into clear posts and articles
- Maintain and develop the WordPress websites of COMCO EPP and Plastix Factory
- Build and optimise landing pages
- Execute on page SEO including keyword research, technical SEO, content structure, and internal linking
- Manage the company blog and newsletter
- Build and maintain lead capture forms, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Ensure inbound leads are correctly recorded and maintained in the CRM
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content production, or B2B communications
- Active personal LinkedIn presence with demonstrable posting activity over the past six months
- Strong written English; daily writing in different voices
- Practical experience with WordPress
- Solid understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on page optimisation, and technical SEO basics
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
- Canva and basic photo editing skills
- Comfortable producing smartphone photo and short video content
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content production, research, and editing
- Strong self organisation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Overview
- We are an engineering plastics company based in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, operating across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Plastix Factory is our digital B2B platform for engineering and high performance plastics.
- We are looking for a hands on Digital Growth & Content Specialist who combines strong B2B writing, digital execution, and content ownership.
- This is not a strategy role. This is an execution driven position.
Your Responsibilities
- Produce and publish content for the CEO's LinkedIn profile in his voice.
- Capture photo and short video content of the CEO on the go (office, customer visits, trade fairs).
- Build a relevant network of industrial decision makers across UAE, GCC, and Europe.
- Manage LinkedIn activity, comments, and engagement.
- Own and execute the weekly publishing schedule for both company pages.
- Translate technical input from engineering and CEO into clear posts and articles.
- Coordinate with the Plastix Factory development team to communicate platform updates.
- Promote whitepapers, case studies, technical articles, and company initiatives.
- Maintain and develop the WordPress websites of COMCO EPP and Plastix Factory.
- Build and optimise landing pages.
- Execute on page SEO including keyword research, technical SEO, content structure, and internal linking.
- Manage the company blog and newsletter.
Your Requirements
