Role Overview
Own the client's Shopify e-commerce channel with responsibility for operations, merchandising, commercial performance, customer journey optimization, and digital growth.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve online revenue and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Shopify website, including products, collections, pricing, and online merchandising.
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, promotions, website updates, and merchandising changes.
- Monitor revenue, conversion rate, average order value, traffic, product performance, and inventory accuracy.
- Analyze customer behavior and implement customer journey and conversion rate improvements.
- Work with Sales and Marketing on promotions, campaigns, content, CRM, and email requirements.
- Prepare weekly e-commerce performance reports and monitor competitors and market trends.
- Resolve website and customer issues with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase online revenue.
