Digital, Data, IP and Technology Associate (1-5 PQE)

Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating DDIT agreements

Providing strategic advice on everything that falls within the parameters of what the DDIT team advise on

Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately

Business development - development of personal plan, assistance with and implementation of business development campaign

Legal research

1-5 PQE qualified lawyer with a solid knowledge and understanding of commercial/DDIT specific contracts and experience of drafting, analysing and negotiating commercial law/DDIT specific contracts, such as service agreements, software licence/SaaS agreements, IP licence and development agreements.

Strong technical knowledge/experience across some (but not all) of the following areas:

Intellectual curiosity and versatility – the work can be extremely varied and is often quite challenging. Candidates must be able to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to embrace unfamiliar topics/areas.
