Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Programme Management: Coordinate and lead cross functional working group; define KPIs; manage governance calendar, escalation paths, risk registers.
  • Customer Segmentation & Value Proposition: Analyse financial behaviours; benchmark peer banks; design differentiated propositions for salaried, non salaried, Gold, Diamond tiers.
  • Account Opening Transformation: Map current journey; redesign digital first journey; oversee UX/UI build and IT execution; lead pilot and rollout.
  • Digital Channel Enhancement: Map digital banking journeys; identify UX/UI discrepancies; develop specifications for improvements.
  • Loyalty Programme: Analyse customer behaviour; benchmark loyalty structures; design rewards programme; integrate with credit card platform.
  • Bancassurance: Define objectives; conduct market analysis; lead partner negotiation; manage regulatory approval; oversee system integration.
  • Capability Building & Communication: Design training programs; develop communication guidelines and sales scripts.
