We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of our Salesforce ecosystem.

This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership responsibilities, partnering with business stakeholders and leading a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and enterprise solution delivery, while driving business transformation initiatives across customer lifecycle management, quote-to-cash, customer portals, contract management, and enterprise integrations with HubSpot, NetSuite, DocuSign, Conga, SharePoint, xFilesPro, AWS, and other business systems.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams.
Define solution architectures, technical approaches, and implementation roadmaps.
Create functional and technical design documents, process flows, data models, wireframes, and integration specifications.
Recommend Salesforce best practices and platform-native solutions to optimize business processes.

Support SIT, UAT, production releases, deployment validation, and post-production support.

Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Conga, and other vendors as needed.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support materials.

8+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
3+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical projects.
Strong expertise in:

Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce integrations with:

NetSuite ERP

Strong understanding of:
