Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Digital Content Executive to join our team, working directly alongside our Marketing Director and Brand Advisor.
  • This is not a heavy strategic or graphic design role; we are looking for a meticulous executor who can translate brand pillars into flawless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Listing and Website content: Oversee accurate creation, formatting, and preparation of high end property listings.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all prepared digital content strictly adheres to brand’s global standards.
  • Calendar Management: Propose, organize, and maintain weekly/monthly social media calendar.
  • Visual Asset Selection: Review raw photography and asset libraries to select compelling imagery.
  • Community Engagement: Handle basic day to day community moderation.
  • Editorial Copy: Write sophisticated copy for website listings, area guides, development guides, corporate content, newsletters, and social media captions.
  • Tone of Voice Stewardship: Adapt writing style to match 'Quiet Luxury' and authoritative voice.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Director to ideate campaign ideas and thought leadership pieces.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or real estate operations (luxury sector experience is a major plus).
  • Systems Savvy: Proven experience working with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
  • An Editorial Eye: A strong innate sense of luxury visual aesthetics.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Impeccable written English with an eye for detail, nuance, and proofreading.
  • Organization: Hyper organized, detail oriented.
  • Background: similar segment or design oriented field (architecture, luxury, real estate …).

What This Role Is Not

  • This is not a Graphic Design role: You will not be expected to build ad hoc flyers, brochures, or social assets from scratch.
