Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Content Creator & Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage:
• Professional video production (shooting + editing)
• Social media content strategy and execution
• Paid advertising campaigns (Google & social platforms)
• AI-assisted content and marketing workflows
• Growth strategy focused on lead generation
• This is not an entry-level content role.
• We are looking for someone who understands brand positioning, engagement psychology, performance metrics, and ROI-driven marketing.
• Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

1. Video Production & Editing

• Shoot high-quality video content using company-provided cameras and equipment (office + live events)
• Demonstrate strong cinematography fundamentals (composition, lighting, framing, movement)
• Edit professional social media content for:
• Instagram (Reels, highlights, event showcases)
• LinkedIn (corporate positioning & B2B lead generation)
• YouTube (long-form event showcases & brand storytelling)
• Create dynamic event recap videos and brand-focused promotional content
• Photography skills are a strong advantage

2. Editing & Creative Tools

• Final Cut Pro

• Adobe Photoshop
• Motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is highly preferred and will strengthen your application.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns
• Run paid campaigns across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Optimize ads for conversion and qualified lead generation
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS)
• Develop marketing funnels to convert social engagement into clientele
• Primary goal: Increase inbound client acquisition through digital channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.

4. AI Integration & Modern Marketing

• Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Apply AI in:
• Content ideation
• Script writing
• Caption optimization
• Ad testing
• Analytics interpretation
• Stay ahead of digital and content trends

5. Strategy & Brainstorming

• Proactively generate trending ideas for Reels and posts
• Identify engagement opportunities aligned with Dubai’s event industry
• Contribute to brand storytelling and creative direction
• Take ownership of content growth strategy

Candidate Requirements

• We are specifically looking for candidates who:
• Have proven experience working with reputable agencies or established social media/marketing companies
• Can demonstrate measurable results from past campaigns
• Have strong portfolios showcasing:
• Professional video editing
• Cinematic shooting ability
• Social media growth work
• Paid campaign execution
• A solid portfolio is mandatory for consideration.

Job Type: Full-time
