About the Hotel
The role is based at a luxury hotel property in Doha associated with the InterContinental brand.
The property includes restaurants, recreational facilities, a private beach, a swimming pool, and a spa.
Your Day to Day
The Digital Content Creator will develop social media strategies and create compelling content in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The role supports hotel marketing, guest engagement, digital channels, and online marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate photography, videography, reels, live Instagram stories, copy, graphic designs, simple video edits, and GIFs.
- Manage imagery, videos, and content across social and digital channels.
- Manage daily activity on Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other channels.
- Create content calendars and manage scheduling, troubleshooting, and publishing.
- Create social media ads, measure performance and ROI, and report results.
- Measure KPIs, interpret results, and create content amplification plans.
- Use social listening tools to identify trends, engage guests, and perform service recovery.
- Source hotel, destination, and user-generated content while ensuring usage rights.
