Role Overview
Senior Associates lead client-facing projects or workstreams and contribute to project management, data analysis, and client-ready presentations.
The role focuses on Oracle EPM Planning and Hyperion enterprise planning solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, and troubleshoot issues.
- Own project workstreams with little to no supervision.
- Perform data analysis and identify the implications of findings.
- Create compelling presentations for clients.
- Develop Analysts and Coachees.
- Interact with business users and internal and client teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and business-user interaction.
- 1–2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
- At least 2 years of experience with Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, or Essbase.
- Experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase in development and administrative roles.
- Experience with MaxL automation scripts and full Hyperion suite integration.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView.
