DISTY 360 seeks a Digital Construction Engineer to support resellers and customers with BIM and digital construction solutions across the Middle East & Africa. The role involves pre-sales, training, and implementation.

Responsibilities
- Support resellers and end customers with both pre sales and post sales technical guidance
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations that clearly communicate product value and workflow improvements
- Guide customers in adopting BIM and digital construction workflows
- Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and implementation workshops
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them improve digital delivery and collaboration workflows
- Support coordination, model management, and cloud collaboration environments
Requirements
- Structural Engineer or Architect with strong digital construction understanding
- 2 5 years of experience
- Advanced hands on experience using AEC technologies in real projects (CAD, structural analysis, BIM tools)
- Experience in customer facing technical roles (BIM consulting, implementation, technical support, presales, or training)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Arabic, with very good English or French communication skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working remotely across multiple regional markets

- This is a full time, hybrid role reporting directly to the Digital Construction Manager.
What you’ll do
- Support resellers and end customers with both pre sales and post sales technical guidance.
