Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the corporate website and internal portal (Intranet)
- Oversee and manage the company's social media platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish digital content across multiple channels
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, review, and publish approved content
- Ensure all published content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards
- Monitor social media engagement and respond when required
- Support the preparation of internal communications and corporate announcements
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team on various initiatives and campaigns
- Stay up to date with digital communication trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital communications, content management, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Experience managing websites and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience with SharePoint and Umbraco CMS is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with social media management platforms
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills are considered a plus
