The role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Operations, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive digital analytics program for Meridian’s public website.
Working in close collaboration with the enterprise analytics, public website, digital banking, contact centre, marketing and IT teams the Digital Analytics Manager demonstrates the capability to help to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound strategic decisions. The incumbent possesses a combination of digital business focus and advanced analytical, problem solving and strategic capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making.
This is a key role in a growing team that is helping advance our strategic priorities.
Analyze tracking data to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, website/app changes, and digital initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Set up and run A/B tests as well as advise other team members on best practices for A/B testing.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using GA4’s reporting tools, Data Studio/Looker Studio, Amplitude, or other BI platforms.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders across the business in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Monitor and interpret user journeys, funnel performance, and conversion data to inform strategic decisions.
