Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Ads Specialist, based in Doha Qatar.
The Digital Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising strategies on various platforms.
Day-to-day tasks include analysing campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with the creative team to align ads with brand messaging.
The role also involves overseeing project timelines, delivering results-driven campaigns, and ensuring effectiveness through data-driven insights and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy development
- Excellent Analytical Skills for tracking, measurement, and ROI optimization
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with teams and articulate plans
- Project Management abilities to handle deadlines and ensure successful campaign execution
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and A/B testing tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; relevant certifications are a bonus
- Experience with luxury, hospitality, or F&B brand campaigns preferred
