The Digital Accessibility Program Manager serves as the operational and subject matter backbone to the Office of Digital Accessibility’s service delivery. This role owns the day-to-day functioning of the digital accessibility program in managing the service portfolio, conducting accessibility evaluations, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of accessibility reviews from team members, engaging directly with campus clients on complex compliance challenges, and tracking program performance. The Digital Accessibility Program Manager reports to the Director for the Office of Digital Accessibility.
The ideal candidate brings both digital accessibility expertise and strong program management skills, serving as a critical bridge between technical staff and Stanford clients by translating findings, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring clients leave every engagement with clear, actionable guidance.
They are equally comfortable guiding a campus web team through a remediation roadmap, reviewing an engineer's audit report for accuracy and completeness, and prioritizing and managing competing tasks with concurrent deadlines.
