Life Lover is seeking an experienced Diffuser Sales Supervisor to lead diffuser sales, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

The role supervises sales activities, develops customer accounts, supports the sales team, and drives sales targets and KPIs.

Supervise diffuser and home-fragrance sales activities and lead the sales team toward targets and KPIs.
Develop new business opportunities, open accounts, expand the customer base, and build commercial relationships.
Target perfume stores, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, gift and décor stores, hotels, and corporate clients.
Develop sales and distribution channels and monitor pipeline, customer activities, and expected closures.
Support customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and deal closing.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new opportunities.
Prepare performance reports, recommend improvements, follow up with customers, and drive market penetration.

Proven experience selling diffusers, home fragrance, air fresheners, perfumes, or related products.
Previous Sales Supervisor or Team Leadership experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi fragrance and home-fragrance market is required.
