Position Overview
- We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and results driven Dietitian & Nutrition Sales Specialist to join our growing team immediately. This role combines clinical nutrition expertise with client relationship management and sales responsibilities.
Nutrition & Client Care
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and consultations for new and existing clients.
- Perform InBody body composition analyses and explain results professionally.
- Develop personalized meal plans based on clients’ health goals, dietary requirements, and lifestyle preferences.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow ups and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits, weight management, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate closely with chefs and food production teams to ensure meal plans meet nutritional standards.
- Stay updated with the latest nutrition research, dietary guidelines, and wellness trends.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, nutrition regulations, and company policies.
Sales & Business Development
- Convert consultations and inquiries into active meal plan subscriptions and nutrition programs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Promote additional nutrition programs, meal packages, and wellness services.
- Build strong client relationships to improve customer retention and renewal rates.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, sales activities, and client interactions within the CRM system.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support marketing campaigns by providing expert nutrition content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Participate in health events, workshops, and wellness seminars to promote company services.
- Represent the company professionally and serve as a trusted nutrition advisor to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nutrition counseling, dietetics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management is highly preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
