Diesel Technician

We are hiring Diesel Technicians / Truck Technicians to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on new and late-model semi-trucks.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience or interest in diesel engine repair, heavy-duty truck maintenance, and fleet service.

We are actively hiring at all experience levels, including:

• Entry-level / recent tech school graduates
• Mid-level technicians with hands-on experience
• Senior diesel mechanics

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel trucks (Mack, Volvo, and other makes)
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty trucks
• Repair and service: Diesel engines (Cummins, Volvo, Mack, Detroit, etc.) Brake systems, suspension, electrical, and emissions systems

• Accurately document all repairs, parts, and labor
• Work closely with service advisors and service managers
• Deliver high-quality, efficient repairs while maintaining productivity
• Provide excellent customer-focused service

• High school diploma or GED
• Diesel technician school or technical training is preferred but not required
• Experience with semi-truck repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – preferred, not required
