Die Cutter Operator

We are looking for two Die Cutters for days and nights for our Paris location.

This position is a new position, to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Set up, run, and troubleshoot die cutting equipment safely while meeting production targets.

Make sure each job is prepared correctly with all required materials and paperwork.

Work closely with team members and helpers to maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Perform basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.

Assist with other tasks as needed to support production operations.

Help train and support less experienced employees and temporary staff.

Follow all quality standards, SOPs, and company procedures.

Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, security, and company policies.

Work in compliance with Ontario health and safety regulations and company standards.

Contribute to a safe workplace by reporting injuries, accidents, and hazards promptly.
