Dialysis RN

At FutureCare our Dialysis Registered Nurses are skilled in handling patients with chronic kidney diseases.

They are responsible for the delivery of all dialysis related nursing services for END Stage Renal Dialysis (ESRD) patient in chronic settings.

They assess, administer medications, and monitor patients throughout dialysis as well as educate them on kidney disease and the lifestyle choices that help them to manage their disease.

Salary Range $82,215.62 -$123,323.44 Full Time Annual

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role.

Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule.

• Supervise and perform direct patient care to include vital signs, initiation and termination of dialysis, documentation, physical assessment of patients and patient treatments, taking and transcription of physician’s orders, blood draws and documentation of ordered laboratory work
• Assess patients general physical and mental condition, review dialysis orders, and document observations in patient medical records
• Analyze patient assessments, laboratory data and, when concerns are noted, bring issues to the attention of the physicians
• Communicate all emergencies, patient life-threatening complications and related incidents to Superior, Medical Director, Regional Director
• Assess patient and family leaning readiness and provide appropriate information on renal disease, prescribed dialysis treatment, and medical regimen and its impact on the patient status of health and well-being
