The Diagnostic Coordinator is responsible for the launch and delivery of a range of surveys that drive measurable value for Info-Tech Research Group client organizations. They will manage the diagnostic survey process from the initial launch call to report delivery and will have the opportunity to foster personal relationships with a wide variety of IT leaders.
This is a fixed term contract role.
1-3 years of experience
Undergraduate degree
High proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with technology surveys and/or research
Experience with survey software
Experience with quality assurance practices
