Position Purpose
The Diagnostic Coordinator is responsible for the launch and delivery of a range of surveys that drive measurable value for Info-Tech Research Group client organizations. They will manage the diagnostic survey process from the initial launch call to report delivery and will have the opportunity to foster personal relationships with a wide variety of IT leaders.
This is a fixed term contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for launch and delivery of a range of IT surveys (16+ programs), including CIO Business Vision, IT Staffing, and IT Management & Governance.
- Conduct launch calls with clients to establish survey timelines and requirements.
- Build, test, launch, and manage surveys using propriety survey software.
- Prepare client deliverables and schedule/support results delivery.
- Respond to questions and manage expectations while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Maintain quality assurance/control processes.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
- Support with team initiatives related to marketing, content, product enhancement, etc.
Required
1-3 years of experience
Undergraduate degree
High proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable
Experience with technology surveys and/or research
Experience with survey software
Experience with quality assurance practices
