Role Overview

  • Journey for Health has a clinically validated diabetes management program proven in the USA and Europe, now launching in India.
  • As an Enrollment Specialist, you convert eligible and interested patients into active, enrolled program members.
  • This is consultative inside sales with real mission — warm leads, structured conversations, and a product you can be genuinely proud of.

What You'll Do

  • Work a warm lead pipeline via call, WhatsApp, and video — ~50–70 meaningful conversations per week
  • Run structured discovery conversations to understand the patient's situation, fears, and readiness — then connect our program and products to what matters to them
  • Handle objections confidently: cost, timing, scepticism, family dynamics
  • Own the full enrollment journey — from first contact to a signed, activated member
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline with accurate stages and follow up cadences
  • Hit monthly enrollment targets and contribute to India team OKRs
  • Share real time front line insights with the product and clinical teams
  • As an early hire, help define the India enrollment playbook

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of inside sales, health counselling, or enrollment experience — with targets and conversion numbers you can speak to
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding goals in a phone or digital sales environment
  • Experience at a digital health, wellness, or EdTech company (Fitelo, HealthifyMe, BeatO, Practo, BYJU's, Unacademy, or similar)
  • Outstanding spoken communication in Hindi and English.
  • CRM discipline — you log calls, track stages, and follow up without being asked
  • Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early stage startup
