Overview

We are looking to hire DHA Licensed Speech Therapist

*Part-time*

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **DHA Licensed Speech Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children and adults improve their communication and language skills, and who values working in a collaborative, wellness-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions for children and/or adults.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Educate patients and families on techniques to support communication at home and in daily life.
  • Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and nutritionists to support unified care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation using our EMR system.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and practices in speech therapy and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech Therapist with an active DHA license.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience, preferably within private practice, clinics, or integrative medical settings.
  • Proven experience in treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children and/or adults.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and high ethical standards in patient care.
  • Additional training in dysphagia, autism spectrum disorders, or developmental delays is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
