About the Role
Naqua Ltd is seeking a DHA Licensed Pharmacist for a regulatory support role in veterinary medicines. The position involves managing the Quality Management System, acting as Responsible Person, and coordinating regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in the UAE
- Act as the company’s Responsible Person (RP) for imported veterinary medicines
- Oversee documentation, compliance records, and quality procedures
- Coordinate licence applications and regulatory submissions with UAE authorities
- Support the release of Naqua’s UK manufactured medicines into the UAE market
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations for storage, distribution, and product handling
- Work directly with the Global CEO on operational setup, regulatory milestones, and market launch activities
Requirements
- DHA Licensed Pharmacist (full licence required)
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to follow structured procedures and quality standards
- Good communication skills and professional discipline
- Willingness to learn regulatory processes
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English

Job Description
- Naqua Ltd is one of the fastest growing antiparasitic pharmaceutical manufacturers in the UK.
- We are now launching our UAE and wider GCC operations — and we are building from Dubai.
- This role is based at Naqua UAE, The Control Tower, Motor City, Dubai, and reports directly to the Global CEO.
- This is a unique opportunity for a DHA licensed pharmacist who wants to move beyond retail pharmacy and step into a regulated pharmaceutical industry role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in the UAE.
- Act as the company’s Responsible Person (RP) for imported veterinary medicines.
