DevSecOps Engineer

Dark Wolf is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to accelerate the secure delivery of mission-critical software by embedding DevSecOps practices directly into the development pipeline.

The focus for this individual will be on automating deployment and security controls and building self-service platform tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks, ensuring continuous compliance and maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) across all environments..

This position will require hybrid support in Arlington, VA.

• Maintaining and assisting with ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure.
• Supporting CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance.
• Supporting full automation of CI/ testing.
• Supporting policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers.
• Working closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms.
• Providing guidance and applying agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and reliable operations of product.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate and save time.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Security, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with commercial cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Extensive experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Container Security
• Experience designing Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform or Ansible
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar)
• Experience with Linux administration and hardening
• Demonstrated knowledge of DevSecOps processes and software supply chain security (SBOMs, signing, verification)
• Proven experience designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining secure Cloud products and services within a Cloud-based environment to enable development teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible
