Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the organization's development and operations infrastructure
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and support infrastructure provisioning
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, manage cloud environments, and implement configuration management
- Collaborate with software engineering, QA, security, and product teams to streamline development workflows
- Support containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, system monitoring, log management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
- Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and configuration management tools
- Understanding of Linux and Windows server administration, networking fundamentals, and system architecture
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, or similar
- Professional certification in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS, Azure, GCP, or related technologies is an advantage

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Manager / DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize the organization's development and operations infrastructure.
- This role is responsible for improving software delivery processes, automating infrastructure management, enhancing system reliability, and supporting scalable, secure, and high performing technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and support infrastructure provisioning using modern DevOps practices.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, manage cloud environments, implement configuration management, and ensure system availability through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- Collaborate with software engineering, quality assurance, security, and product teams to streamline development workflows and improve release efficiency.
- Support containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code (IaC), system monitoring, log management, backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and performance optimization.
- Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, manage access controls, support vulnerability remediation, and contribute to continuous improvements in automation, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Maintain technical documentation, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend infrastructure enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or related technologies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), and configuration management tools.
- Understanding of Linux and Windows server administration, networking fundamentals, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, or similar is an advantage.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of version control systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and technical initiatives.
