We are seeking a DevOps Manager to lead the organization's DevOps strategy, infrastructure operations, and software delivery capabilities.
The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available technology platforms that support business growth and digital transformation.
The DevOps Manager will lead cross functional teams, drive automation initiatives, establish CI/CD best practices, and collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational excellence.

Develop and execute the organization's DevOps strategy, roadmap, and operational standards.
Lead and manage DevOps engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure platforms.
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
Oversee cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and hybrid environments to ensure high availability and performance.
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation initiatives across the technology landscape.
Establish monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management practices to improve system reliability and operational resilience.
Collaborate with software development, QA, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to streamline software delivery and improve release quality.
Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security controls and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, capacity planning, and cloud cost management.
Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning for critical systems.
Manage vendor relationships, technology platforms, budgets, and infrastructure investments.
Develop DevOps standards, technical documentation, operational procedures, and governance frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, Agile practices, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, virtualization, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and performance management tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, DevSecOps, identity management, and infrastructure security.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and decision making abilities.
Professional certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Terraform Associate, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage.
