DevOps Lead - LINA GI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, cloud engineering, release engineering, or infrastructure automation, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical ownership role. • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, source control, branching strategies, release orchestration, artefact repositories, environment promotion, and deployment governance. • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, security controls, monitoring, backup, resilience, and disaster recovery patterns. • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Groovy, or similar languages. • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, service mesh concepts, container registries, image hardening, and cloud-native deployment patterns. • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices including automated security testing, software composition analysis, vulnerability remediation, secrets management, compliance reporting, and audit readiness. • Ability to work with distributed teams, influence engineering standards, manage technical stakeholders, and communicate clearly with both senior leaders and hands-on engineers. • Experience in financial services, insurance, regulated environments, or enterprise technology organisations is preferred.
