Role Overview

The role leads a DevOps team and coordinates operations, development, and testing through automated integration and deployment.

The position supports client projects by designing DevOps architecture, managing infrastructure, and operating the DevOps toolchain.

DevOps Delivery

  • Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment support for applications.
  • Define DevOps architecture and frameworks according to client requirements.
  • Select tools and platforms and create deployment models for validation, testing, and monitoring.
  • Manage infrastructure and the pipeline from planning and coding through release, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Connect software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure through coding and scripting.
  • Integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle to manage cyber risk and data privacy.

Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide customer support for DevOps tools and respond to internal and external escalations.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues across projects or modules.
  • Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and critical issues.
  • Develop alternate solutions and follow escalation processes for unresolved problems.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and share best practices with the team.

Team Management

  • Forecast talent requirements and hire appropriate resources.
  • Train direct reports and support recruitment and selection decisions.
  • Manage onboarding, capability development, performance reviews, feedback, and employee engagement.
  • Build internal talent pools and support career progression.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience.
  • Java API microservices integration skills.
