Role overview

Core responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and implement developer tooling and automation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and assist with platform and infrastructure diagnostics.
- Define DevOps strategy, infrastructure decisions, and quarterly planning.
- Scope and estimate infrastructure projects and manage timeline accountability.
- Mentor team members and support technical growth.
