Role Overview

Role Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop DevOps, cloud, and platform engineering teams.
- Define DevOps strategy, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Lead CI/CD automation and improve software delivery pipelines.
- Oversee infrastructure as code, configuration management, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, QA, product, and IT teams.
- Manage cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, monitoring, and infrastructure services.
- Establish observability, logging, alerting, and performance-monitoring practices.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Support cybersecurity, access management, backup, and disaster-recovery initiatives.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage DevOps projects, resources, priorities, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or technical leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Linux, networking, monitoring, logging, and system administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage technical teams and multiple priorities effectively.
