- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
- Develop and manage release automation processes to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments
- Implement GitOps practices and deployment automation across multiple environments
- Integrate code quality, security scanning, and testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Development, Platform Engineering, QA, and Security teams to streamline software delivery
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize build, deployment, and release processes
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
- Ensure platform security, scalability, availability, and compliance with enterprise standards
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3 12+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with GitLab OR Jenkins for CI/CD
- Experience implementing IaC using Terraform OR Ansible
- Experience with Argo CD or comparable GitOps deployment tools
- Experience with SonarQube for code quality and static code analysis
- Hands on experience with Docker OR Kubernetes
- Strong scripting skills using Bash OR PowerShell OR Python
- Experience with Git version control and branching strategies
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and cloud native architectures

Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud native deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), release automation, containerization, and Git
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Develop and manage release automation processes to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
- Implement GitOps practices and deployment automation across multiple environments.
- Integrate code quality, security scanning, and testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Development, Platform Engineering, QA, and Security teams to streamline software delivery.

Must Have Skills

- Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault or other secrets management solutions.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps and security automation.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 12+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing enterprise scale CI/CD and GitOps platforms.
- Strong understanding of software release management and deployment best practices.
- Experience delivering cloud modernization and DevOps transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
