DevOps Engineer - Operation, Systems-Level (3+ years of experience)

Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Support production AWS EKS clusters through maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
• Administer Jenkins and JFrog Artifactory, including user support, maintenance, backup validation, monitoring, security remediation, and incident response.
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and GitOps workflows through ArgoCD.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for builds, testing, artifact management, and application deployments.
• Monitor platform health and participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with application teams on secure, scalable, standardized CI/CD and deployment practices.
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks for platform services.

Technical Requirements

• Solid AWS knowledge including VPC, EC2, EKS, IAM, Security Groups, S3, EBS, RDS, and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud, container, networking, storage, infrastructure, application, and CI/CD issues.
• Hands-on Kubernetes administration and production support of enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration, service and package management, log analysis, filesystem management, and shell scripting.
• Experience supporting Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Git workflows, and CI/CD automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Bash scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD, and configuration management best practices.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring and observability platforms.
• Ability to participate in on-call support and respond to production incidents.

Experience and Collaboration

• 3-7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Pay

• Pay starts at ₹400,000 per year.
