Role Purpose
Work with application teams and developers to improve coordination among operations, development, and testing functions.
Automate and streamline integration and deployment processes across the application lifecycle.
DevOps Activities
- Align and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment for application technology.
- Plan and execute pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure based on supported software requirements.
- Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them for client needs.
- Create user-access workflows and provision access through defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects releases to operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities.
Support and Resolution
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve internal and external customer tickets within specified turnaround times.
- Ensure issue resolution supports customer satisfaction.
- Follow escalation processes when issues are complex or unresolved.
