Role Purpose

Work with application teams and developers to coordinate operations, development, and testing through automated and streamlined integration and deployment processes.

DevOps Delivery

  • Align and focus on continuous integration and continuous deployment of technology in applications.
  • Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Manage IT infrastructure as required by supported software code.
  • Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them for client needs.
  • Create user access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
  • Build and engineer DevOps tools based on client customization requirements.
  • Collaborate with development staff on coding and scripting connecting releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
  • Use tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.

Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide customer service for DevOps tools and support internal and external customers on multiple platforms.
  • Resolve tickets raised on DevOps tools within the specified turnaround time.
  • Ensure resolutions support customer satisfaction.
  • Follow the escalation process when a resolution is complex or delayed.
  • Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

  • Mandatory skill: DevOps continuous integration.
  • Required experience: 3–5 years.

Delivery Measures

Continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring are measured through error-free onboarding and implementation.

Customer satisfaction is measured through timely resolution according to turnaround targets and zero escalations.
