Role overview
Gradera is seeking a hands-on, strategic Lead DevOps Engineer for its agentic platform.
The role owns infrastructure, automation, and operational practices for scalable, secure, highly available cloud-native environments.
The engineer will work with engineering, security, and product teams across UI, API, and AI/Data platform components.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Improve scalability, reliability, high availability, monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response.
- Champion security, compliance, cost optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
