About The Role

• We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our growing engineering team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining reliable cloud infrastructure while driving automation and improving deployment efficiency across the platform.
• You will collaborate closely with software engineers and technical teams to ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Key Responsibilities* Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, including GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, IAM, and VPC.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Manage containerized applications and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Ensure security, compliance, reliability, and cost optimization across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows, application performance, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Continuously improve automation, operational processes, and infrastructure scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.
• Excellent experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Nice to Have* Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with Istio, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Language Requirements* Fluent in both Arabic and English.
