The DevOps Engineer will partner with software engineering, security, and operations teams to improve how we build, deploy, monitor, and support Lanvera's production systems.

This role spans cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, observability, and Windows-based computer environments.

You will work on systems that must be secure, highly available, and compliant with the expectations of financial services and enterprise clients.

Success in this role requires strong technical depth, sound architectural judgment, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application, platform, and network layers.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure, with flexibility to work across additional cloud platforms as needed.
• Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads using Docker and Helm.
• Apply DevOps patterns and practices across CI/CD, GitOps, and platform architecture.
• Implement and maintain telemetry using OpenTelemetry (OTLP) standards.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLI practices using observability platforms such as Datadog.
• Troubleshoot incidents across infrastructure, applications, pipelines, and integrations.
