Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and evolve cloud-native infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and policy-driven automation.
• Build and support container-based platforms and orchestration capabilities.
• Improve reliability through observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and rapid infrastructure issue resolution.
• Apply security-by-design practices across cloud and enterprise infrastructure.
• Collaborate across engineering and business teams and use AI-assisted engineering tools where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher plus 3+ years of relevant cloud infrastructure or DevOps experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Three or more years supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms, operational tooling, or cloud services in production.
• Three or more years in platform administration, operational support, system integrations, job scheduling, or service reliability.
• Two or more years of automation experience using one or more listed scripting or Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• One or more years troubleshooting infrastructure integrations, APIs, backup agents, and connectivity issues.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure monitoring or logging tools.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with NetApp storage, SnapCenter plug-ins, or related data protection technologies is beneficial.
• Experience with backup governance, disaster recovery, retention policies, and operational resilience planning is beneficial.
• Experience with security and access control tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, or ZScaler is beneficial.
• Multi-cloud experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure is beneficial.

Work Location

• The role is hybrid eligible, allowing some remote work while requiring travel to the Bangalore office at least two days per week.
• No relocation assistance is provided.
