About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Operate and optimize production Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage Kubernetes autoscaling and capacity planning with Karpenter.
• Build and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code.
• Design and improve application and infrastructure CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and operate Kafka, Redis, NGINX, and other middleware platforms.
• Automate operational tasks using Golang and Python.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in on-call response.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployments and developer experience.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong experience with at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with Karpenter for Kubernetes autoscaling and node lifecycle management.
• Strong Terraform experience for infrastructure automation.
• Linux administration, networking fundamentals, middleware operations, and scripting or programming skills are required.
• Experience with Git, GitOps, CI/CD platforms, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Docker, and Kubernetes is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating blockchain infrastructure or Web3 platforms.
• Experience deploying and managing Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Cosmos, or other Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain nodes.
• Familiarity with blockchain RPC services, validators, indexing services, or distributed consensus systems.
• Experience with Argo CD, Helm, Helmfile, Flux, multi-region, or multi-cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking, secrets management, service mesh, message queues, distributed caching, or high-throughput systems.
• Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning for large-scale distributed systems.
