Role Overview
Hands-on DevOps / CloudOps Engineer role supporting a Singapore-based Quantexa demo and sandbox environment on Microsoft Azure.
The engineer will work with Quantexa architects, KPMG, and ITS teams on infrastructure design, Azure sizing, deployment, and environment setup.
Role Facts
- At least 4 years of experience is required.
- One DevOps / Cloud Engineer is required.
- The engagement is a 6–12 month contract.
- General shift work applies, with flexibility required.
- A vendor-provided laptop is mandatory unless a client-provided laptop is used under the stated arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in technical workshops with Quantexa architects and project teams.
- Review and define Azure infrastructure requirements.
- Support Azure resource sizing, capacity planning, and hosting estimates.
- Deploy and configure AKS, networking, storage, and related Azure services.
- Build infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Manage Docker and containerized workloads and Kubernetes environments.
- Perform environment validation, smoke testing, and deployment verification.
- Support basic CI/CD pipeline setup and integration.
