Independently leads small-to-medium sustaining projects and product improvements; provides input for audits. Leads sustaining projects and ensures product lifecycle maintenance and compliance.

Leads small-to-medium sustaining projects
Owns design changes from initiation through verification
Leads quality/cost improvements across assigned product lines
Provides technical input for quality records, audits, regulatory reviews
Mentors junior engineers
Partners with cross-functional teams to align priorities
Independent execution of sustaining projects and product improvements.
Ownership of design changes, verification activities, and lifecycle updates.
Strong technical problem-solving and quality/cost improvement skills.
Ability to provide input for audits, regulatory reviews, and quality records.
Mentorship of junior engineers and team knowledge sharing.
Influential cross-functional alignment and priority setting.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree and 5 years of relevant experience
5+ years of full-time engineering experience.
Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills required

Knowledge of ASME GD&T standards with application to product design desired
