Due to our exciting growth plans, we are seeking a switched on and meticulous individual to fulfill a Development Planning Specialist position, focusing on our Marsden Park site (set to be the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere, once completed). Working alongside a Development Planning Lead - this position will play a crucial role within our Construction team, supporting with the maintenance of overarching schedules, reporting and analytics, resource allocation metrics, and trend analysis, ultimately assisting with overall project delivery efficiency.
Support the maintenance of a centralised system for project scheduling, reporting, and analytics.
Gather and analyse relevant project data - such as schedules, progress updates, and resource utilisation metrics.
Conduct scenario development, predictive modeling, and other key pieces of analyses as required.
Prepare key reporting elements (e.g. progress summaries, dashboards, milestone updates).
Assist in reviewing schedules, critical paths, and dependencies, aiming to identify potential risks and schedule impacts.
Coordinate with project teams to support schedule update, resourcing matters, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate possesses a background combining strong knowledge in Primavera P6, with a sound understanding of construction sequencing and associated terminology. Holding demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and analytics across complex projects; we are seeking an individual who is deadline-focused in nature, with the stakeholder management skillset to effectively communicate with key internal and external parties to help in driving outcomes.
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
