Role Overview
The Part-Time Development Operations Database Coordinator is a valuable member of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts Development team. This position reports directly to the Prospect Researcher and supports operational functions that maintain compliant, measurable, and sustainable fundraising efforts, working daily within the Tessitura CRM database and project management tools. This role combines database hygiene, CRM data entry, portfolio management, prospect research, and operational support to foster data integrity, operational continuity and sustainability, allowing the team to collaborate efficiently, effectively, and make well-informed fundraising decisions.
