The Role
Manage development initiatives from early-stage opportunity assessment through planning, approvals, delivery, and completion.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders while keeping projects aligned with commercial objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities and project concepts.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis.
- Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, and development plans.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and external partners.
- Manage planning, design, approvals, procurement, and project delivery activities.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and key milestones.
- Evaluate development costs, commercial potential, and project performance.
- Prepare business cases, investment proposals, reports, and management presentations.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Maintain relationships with clients, investors, consultants, authorities, and partners.
- Monitor construction and development progress against approved plans.
- Support contract, procurement, change management, and project administration.
Requirements
- Strong background in real estate development, property, construction, project management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of development processes, feasibility, planning, and project delivery.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple development initiatives and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of property market trends and development economics is an advantage.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and development feasibility is preferred.
- Knowledge of Dubai or UAE development practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
